Bird Care Demonstrations

Creative Gardens will be hosting a series of events showing you how to attract our feathery friends into your garden. With expert advice on feeding, types of feeders, nutritional information and much more! Now you can turn your garden into a wild bird haven! The events will be held on the times and dates shown:

MacMillan Coffee Morning

Please help support the World's Biggest Coffee Morning by participating in our raffle to win a lovely hamper.

Donaghadee & Bushmills Garden Centres will double all raffle money received at either centre.

Tickets are available at our Café tills at 50p each or 5 for £2.

The winning ticket will be chosen on 30th September 2011 at 5pm. All proceeds going to MacMillan Cancer Support.

Christmas Shop Opening

Come and join us for our Christmas Opening Nights at Donaghadee & Bushmills Garden Centres. There will be lots of exciting new stock, complimetary refreshments. a Christmas raffle and much more!

Donaghadee Open Night Thursday 29th September 2011 - 6pm - 9pm.

Bushmills Open Night Thursday 6th October 2011 - 6pm - 9pm.

Our Café will be open until 9pm during the open nights and evening meals will be served from 5pm - 8.30pm.

Normal opening hours apply for the remainder of the week.

Summer Fun Weekend!

The Creative Gardens Summer Fun Weekend is on Saturday 16th July and Sunday 17th July. Come and join us for a great day out! There will be loads to do and enjoy including:

Grow Your Own Competition!

Have you been growing your own fruit or vegetables this year?

We want to hear all about it!

So why not enter our ‘Grow your own’ Competition and you could win one of our fantastic prizes. All you have to do is send us a photo of your home grown crop along with your contact details. The competition is open to all ages, young or old and it can be any fruit or vegetable at all…. Carrots grown in your pots, strawberries from your hanging basket, broccoli from your allotment, tomatoes from your conservatory, potatoes from your grow-bags... The list is endless!

Entry photos will be displayed at our ‘Grow your Own’ display at each centre and we will choose our lucky winners on Saturday 24th September. Good luck!

The Weber Experience BBQ Roadshow

For the first time, Weber - the world’s most popular barbeque brand is taking to the road on a mission to educate the nation on how to get the most from their barbeque.

The Weber Experience BBQ Roadshow will be at Bushmills Garden Centre on Thursday 26th May and Donaghadee Garden Centre on Friday 27th May. Weber expert Dan “the barbeque man” will be cooking on both days from around 1.00pm until 4.00pm showing us how to perfect Weber’s roast, grill and bake techniques.

Remember – Barbequing the weber way isn’t just about burgers and sausages, there is a chance to learn how to really impress your friends and family with some exciting and unusual dishes including pizza, beer can chicken, beef and Yorkshire puddings and even chocolate brownies! Recipe cards will be available on the day.

All the latest models will be on show and some extra special offers made available for this day only, so if you are thinking about upgrading your old barbeque or fancy some new accessories then be sure not to miss out.
